Do you train stylists and barbers who have less experience with men’s hair?
Yes. We offer paid training at every experience level and genuinely enjoy teaching. If you want to strengthen your men’s cutting skills, we’ll help you build confidence and technique.
Do you hire both cosmetologists and barbers?
Yes. We hire both licensed cosmetologists and licensed barbers. Tailor specializes in haircutting, and both licenses are a great fit for the work we do.
What’s it like to work at Tailor?
Tailor is built so our barbers and stylists work as a team and can focus on their clients. We have a full-time front desk that handles scheduling, appointments, and client needs, so you can stay focused on the work behind the chair.

What if I don’t have a full book of clients?
You don’t need to bring a full book with you. Tailor has an established client base, and new clients are regularly introduced to the team. From there, repeat business comes from giving people a great experience and a haircut they want to come back for.
